WILD RICE SALAD 
2 c. green grapes (sliced in half)
2/3 c. wild rice
2 c. chicken or turkey (cooked)
1 c. water chestnuts
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Lawry's salt
1 c. cashew nuts

Boil rice and let stand until tender. Mix rice, grapes, cashews, chicken and water chestnuts together. Stir in mayonnaise and salt.
