MUSHROOM STEAK 
1 lb. beef boneless round steak
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 can mushroom soup

Cut steak into pieces. Coat steak with flour; pound into beef. Brown beef in oil in 10 inch skillet. Sprinkle Lipton onion soup mix over browned meat. In a mixing bowl stir mushroom soup with 1/2 can of water and pour on top of browned meat also. Reduce heat and let simmer 1 1/2 hours. Halfway through cooking time, turn meat and stir. I use my electric skillet with the lid on, and sometimes add potatoes and/or carrots; so you have your whole meal in one skillet.
