1 chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. water

Mix first 4 ingredients by hand. Batter will be very stiff. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan.

8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix next 4 ingredients until soft and smooth using mixer. Spread over batter. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Top will look like meringue.
