MEXICAN CORN BREAD | |
1 c. cornmeal 1 c. milk 2 eggs 1 can creamed corn 1 tsp. baking soda 3/4 tsp. salt Red pepper 1/2 c. cooking oil 1/2 lb. grated cheese 1 lb. ground beef Combine the first 9 ingredients and set aside. Brown the ground beef and season to taste. Pour half of the corn mixture in a greased baking dish and spread meat over it. Pour the remainder of the corn mixture over the meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. |
