MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can evaporated milk
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 lg. bag Doritos

Brown ground beef, drain. Set aside.

Combine next 3 ingredients until well blended in a saucepan, then add ground beef to this mixture.

In a large casserole dish, put a layer of Doritos, then a layer of the ground beef and liquid mixture; then a layer of cheese. Repeat this until liquid mixture is gone. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
