AVOCADO PIE 
1 lg. ripe avocado
1 can Eagle Brand milk
Lemon rind
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 egg yolks
Dash salt
1 (9") pie shell
Whipped cream

Beat lemon juice and egg yolks into milk. Add grated lemon rind and fold in sieved avocado. Pour into baked shell. Top with whipped cream.
