AVOCADO LIME PIE 
1 egg
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
Juice of 2-3 limes
2 mashed avocados

CRUST:

1 to 1 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
4 tbsp. melted butter

To make crust, blend corn flake crumbs, sugar and butter. Pat firmly into pie plate. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

To make filling: In blender, place condensed milk and egg. Blend well. Add lime juice, blend. Then add avocados, turn into crust and refrigerate 3-4 hours. Garnish with whipped cream.
