LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. salad or olive oil (optional)
1 (32 oz.) jar meatless spaghetti sauce
8 oz. lasagne
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

In large pan, brown beef in oil. Drain. Add spaghetti sauce. Simmer 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook lasagne as directed; drain. In 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, spread one cup sauce. Then alternate layers of lasagne, Ricotta, sauce, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, ending with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes until lightly browned and bubbling. Allow to stand 15 minutes before serving. Serves 8.
