ORANGE PINEAPPLE JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Use 2 cups of orange, pineapple juice, heated to dissolve Jello. Add softened cream cheese, cut in small pieces to the hot Jello. Partially dissolve cream cheese. Add 2 cups of cold water. Add drained pineapple and drained oranges. Chill until partially jelled. Beat in cool Whip and return to refrigerator. Serve in square on lettuce leaf with a dot of mayonnaise on top.
