ONION PIE 
4 med. Vidalia onions, sliced thin
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Dash Tabasco
Pie shell, unbaked
Parmesan cheese

Saute onions in butter until soft, not brown. Combine eggs and sour cream, and add to onions. Add seasonings and pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes; then at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
