YUMMY HASH BROWNS 
2 lb. bag hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 sticks soft butter
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 c. corn flakes

Mix all but 1/2 stick butter and corn flakes. Put in greased 9x13 inch pan. Mix 1/2 stick butter and corn flakes. Spread on top of mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Note: Chopped onions or green pepper may be added, if desired.

Serves 8-10 people. Great as a sidedish with ham.
