BAKED HASH BROWNS 
2 (5 oz.) cans evaporated milk
2 (24 oz.) boxes hash browns or cheddar browns
1 stick butter

Beat together milk and butter until butter is melted. Place 8 potato patties in bottom of pan, pour half of milk over patties and sprinkle with Season-All or other seasonings of choice. Place 8 patties on top of these, pour remaining milk over top and season these. Sprinkle the top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
