BAKED HASH BROWNS 
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns (thawed)
2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 stick of butter (melted)
1 can corned beef hash
Salt and pepper to taste

Place in large mixing bowl all ingredients except 1/2 of the melted butter. Mix by hand. Pour into 13 x 9 glass baking dish. Pour remaining half of butter on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
