BAKED HASH BROWNS 
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Thaw potatoes 1/2 hour before using. Mix all ingredients. Put mixture into greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
