WORLD FAMOUS VEGETABLE SOUP | |
1/3 of a green pepper, chopped 3 slices of onion, chopped Saute in butter with 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt a pinch of herbs and one tiny sprig of basil. Add 2 cups cubed potatoes and cover with water. Boil until potatoes are tender. 1 small zucchini, chopped 1 ripe cherry tomatoes, chopped 1 unripe (green) small tomato chopped Saute in butter. Add to potatoes when tender. Add one half can creamed corn and 3 dashes of salt. Milk if desired. |
