BAKED BEANS 
2 big cans (1 lb. 15 oz.) pork 'n beans
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. mustard
1 can pineapple rings
1/4 lb. bacon, chopped
1/2 c. catsup
1 c. brown sugar

Fry bacon and onion until almost brown, add catsup, mustard and brown sugar. Simmer until sugar is dissolved and looks like barbeque sauce. Pour over beans, stir and bake for 3 hours at 300 degrees. Garnish with pineapple rings while baking. This is truly great with burgers and especially with barbeque.
