LASAGNA OLE 
1 (16 oz.) carton low fat cottage cheese
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped spinach, thawed & drained
1/2 pkg. McKenzie's seasoning blend
1 sm. tub frozen chopped chives
1 pkg. stone ground tortillas
2 (15 oz.) jars salsa
2 lg. tomatoes, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
Small amount grated low fat cheddar cheese
1 c. corn chips, broken

Blend cottage cheese until smooth. In mixing bowl combine cottage cheese with spinach, seasoning blend and chives. Spray baking pan with Pam and cover bottom with thin layer of salsa. Line bottom with a single layer of tortillas. Cover with a layer of cottage cheese mixture followed by onions, tomatoes and salsa. Repeat layers ending with onions. Cover loosely and bake in 350 degree oven until hot and bubbly. Remove cover, sprinkle with cheese and chips and allow cheese to melt. Remove from oven, let rest for 10 minutes before cutting in serving squares. Serves 6.
