LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 clove minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 (1 lb.) can (2 c.) tomatoes
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
10 oz. lasagna noodles
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
3 c. creamy cottage cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Brown meat slowly; spoon off excess fat. Add garlic, salt, tomatoes and tomato paste. Simmer, uncovered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook noodles until tender. Drain. Combine remaining ingredients except Mozzarella cheese. Place 1/2 the noodles in 13"x9"x2" baking dish. Spread 1/2 the cottage cheese filling; add 1/2 the Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 the meat sauce. Repeat layers. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting in squares.

Or assemble early; refrigerate. Be sure to allow 15 minutes or so longer in oven.
