ORANGE MOLDED SALAD 
6 oz. orange gelatin
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1/2 pg. whipping cream

Drain fruit well, reserving syrup. Measure 2 cups of the syrups, adding water if necessary. Bring to a boil, stir in gelatin. Mix until dissolved and cool. Whip cream. Add oranges, pineapple and cream cheese and beat well in mixer. When gelatin is cool and syrup, add everything and pour into mold or 1 large Pyrex dish. This can be used as a salad or dessert. If dessert, add a spoonful of whipped cream and a cherry on each serving. Makes about 18 average servings.
