MOLDED GARDEN SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. cooked, mixed vegetables
1 sm. sweet pickle, chopped
1 tsp. finely minced onion
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
Salad greens & salad dressing

Dissolve salt and gelatin in boiling water. Add vinegar and cool. Blend in sour cream. Fold in vegetables and pickle. Pour in mold and chill until firm. Unmold on crisp salad greens. Garnish with any desired salad dressing.
