KOREAN MARINADE 
3 tbsp. toasted sesame seed
3 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. green onion, chopped (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 slice ginger root slivered (can use powdered)
2 tsp. sugar

Combine all ingredients. Put meat in leak proof container or heavy duty zip lock bag. Pour marinade over meat stirring to distribute. Marinate in refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours, flipping bag or bowl whenever you think of it. Best if meat is BBQed but can pan fry. Good for beef, venison and especially pork chops.
