KOREAN PULGOGI 
1 c. oil
6 tbsp. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 to 4 lbs. of sirloin or tenderloin steak, cut in cubes
Mushrooms
Onions
2/3 c. sugar
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. flour
Green pepper

Put oil, sugar, soy sauce, onion, garlic and flour in a blender. Blend well. Store in refrigerator at least 12 hours. Pour marinade over meat and marinate in refrigerate at least 8 hours or up to 2 days. Place meat on skewers alternating with mushrooms, peppers and onions. Grill until desired doneness. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, if desired. This is a Better Homes and Garden Prizewinning receipt and it is WONDERFUL!
