BRUNCH PIE 
3 tbsp. butter
2 cans corn beef hash
3 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. grated cheese
1 can mixed vegetables
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. flour
Dash of garlic salt
Black pepper

Coat a 9 inch pie pan with butter. Mix hash and 1 beaten egg. Press mixture into pie pan to form a crust and bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Saute onions in 3 tablespoons butter. Layer cheese, sauteed onions and vegetables in crust. Beat together remaining eggs, milk, flour, garlic salt and pepper; pour over mixture in crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
