2 c. zucchini, sliced
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 to 1/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Grease pie plate. Sprinkle zucchini, tomatoes, onions, and cheese in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over vegetables in pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
