ORANGE-PINEAPPLE PARFAIT PIE 
1 pkg. orange Jello, sm.
1 1/4 c. hot fruit juice/water
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
1 graham cracker pie shell

Drain pineapple well. Add water to juice to make 1 1/4 cups and heat to boiling. Dissolve Jello in hot liquid. Add ice cream by spoonfuls, stirring until melted. Chill mixture until melted but not set (10 to 35 minutes). Top with whipped topping to serve.

Note: Any flavor Jello, fruit, ice cream combination may be used.
