HUNGARIAN GOULASH | |
2 lbs. beef chuck 1 c. chopped onion 6 tbsp. bacon grease 1 tbsp. flour 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. paprika 1 tsp. thyme 2 c. bouillon (2 cubes) 1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste 1 can tomatoes Garlic salt 1 bay leaf 1 tbsp. chopped parsley Saute onion and beef. Lightly stir in salt, flour and paprika. Add other ingredients. Bring to boil and cover. Cook 2 hours until thick sauce. Serve over rice or noodles. |
