HOT FUDGE PIE | |
1. Dissolve 1/2 cup cocoa in 3/4 cup boiling water. Set aside to cool. 2. Cream 1/4 pound butter and 1 cup sugar. Add 1/3 cup flour, 2 egg yolks and 1 teaspoon vanilla. 3. Add cooled chocolate mixture and fold in 2 stiffly beaten egg whites. 4. Pour into a greased and floured 9" pie pan. 5. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serve warm with ice cream and hot fudge sauce. |
