MEMPHIS HOT FUDGE PIE | |
1 stick butter, melted 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate, melted 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped pecans (optional) Blend together butter and sugar. Beat eggs in, one at a time. Add remaining ingredients, stirring until well blended. Bake in a 9 inch buttered pie pan at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Do not overbake. Pie should be moist. Serve warm with ice cream, whipped cream or both. |
