1 lb. Oreo's
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 lg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Crush cookies, cover bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix 4 ounce Cool Whip and cream cheese and sugar together. Pour over cookies. Chill 30 minutes. Mix pudding and pour over Cool Whip mixture, chill 10 minutes. Cover with remaining Cool Whip and crumble Oreos over top.
