ORIENTAL NOODLES 
2 c. boiled chicken or shrimp or crab meat
2 to 3 c. chicken broth
2 cloves garlic (pressed)
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. minced onion (finely chopped)
3 tbsp. soy sauce, to taste
2 pkgs. oriental noodles (available in oriental store)
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash black pepper
1 c. red bell pepper (if desired) finely chopped
2 c. finely chopped green cabbage
1 c. carrots (grated)
1 c. celery (finely chopped)
1 c. green beans (chopped finely) (fresh or frozen)

Saute boiled chicken meat, onions, garlic into skillet until brown. Add soy sauce, then broth, salt, black pepper, then green beans. Since it takes a while to cook, simmer noodles and add all vegetables left. Mix in noodles and add soy sauce to taste.
