MIMOSA MOLD 
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (8 serving size) pkg. Jell-O Mandarin orange
1 c. (11 oz.) Mandarin orange segments, drained
1 c. sliced strawberries
2 c. cold Club soda

Stir boiling water into Jell-O in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in Club soda. Refrigerate 1 1/2 hours or until thick (spoon dragged through leaves definite impression). Stir in oranges and strawberries. Pour into 6 cups Jell-O mold sprayed with nonstick spray. Refrigerate 4 hours.
