SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. sweet potatoes (1 lb. 13 oz. can)
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick melted butter
1/2 c. milk
1/2 to 1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter
1 c. nuts, chopped
1/3 to 1/2 c. flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mash sweet potatoes and add brown sugar, eggs, butter, milk, vanilla and salt. Mix well. Place in greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Last 15 minutes, add brown sugar, butter, nuts and flour. Mix these until crumbly and spread on top of sweet potatoes. Bake remaining 15 minutes.
