ROCKY ROAD FUDGE 
5-7 lg. marshmallows, cut in quarters or 1/2 c. miniature
6 squares Baker's semi sweet chocolate
1/2 c. butter
10 lg. marshmallows or 1 c. miniature
2/3 c. (5 1/3 oz. can) evaporated milk
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts

Freeze quartered marshmallows until firm. Place chocolate and butter in large bowl. Combine sugar, whole marshmallows and evaporated milk in heavy saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat; boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour over chocolate and butter; blend well until mixture begins to thicken. Stir in walnuts, vanilla and frozen marshmallows. Pour into lightly greased 8" pan. Chill until firm. Cut into squares. Store, covered in cool place. Makes 2 pounds.
