PUMPKIN CAKE | |
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix 1/2 c. melted butter 4 eggs 1 lg. can pumpkin 2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. sugar 1 sm. can evaporated milk Remove 1 cup cake mix and set aside for topping. Mix remaining cake mix with 1 egg and melted butter. Press into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix pumpkin, 3 eggs, cinnamon, brown sugar and milk. Pour over cake mixture. Mix 1/2 cup sugar with 1/4 cup butter and 1 cup cake mix. Crumble. Sprinkle on top pumpkin mixture. Top with chopped nuts. |
