1 pkg. chocolate cake mix 1 sm. box chocolate instant pudding 1/2 c. oil 1 c. water 4 eggs 1 c. flour Beat all ingredients together. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes. FILLING: 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. shortening 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. milk 4 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. vanilla Beat together for 12 minutes on highest speed. Spread on bottom of cooled gob and put another gob on it, sandwich style. | |

I made these gobs in a little over an hour, start to finish. They were super easy compared to the old fashioned recipe I've made in the past. There were as delicious, if not more delicious than the ones that take me forever to make. My family and co workers raved about them.
