COCONUT SOUR CREAM CAKE 
Cake:

1 box white cake mix (plain)
1/4 c. oil
3 eggs
1-8 oz. carton sour cream
1-8 1/2 oz. can cream of coconut

Mix well and bake in 9x12 cake pan at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Icing:

1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. Griffin's Vanilla
1 c. Griffin's Flake Coconut

Mix together and spread over the cake.
