1 lb. pkg. ground sausage, mild
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® Spanish Rice
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® Wild & Long Grain Rice
2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms

Brown sausage and drain. Prepare rice according to package directions. Combine. Add mushrooms and juice. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown on top.
