ARMENIAN ARTICHOKES 
3 cans artichoke hearts
1 jar onions
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 lemon
1/4 c. olive oil
Garlic salt - to taste
Cayenne pepper - to taste

In a dish, suitable for oven and table, arrange artichoke hearts. Intersperse with onions. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over artichokes and onions. Pour juice from the cans of artichokes to cover. Bake at 350 degrees. Add more juice if necessary. Serve either hot or cold. Very good the next day.
