PUMPKIN RAISIN BREAD 
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. water
2 c. cooked pumpkin
3 1/3 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two large loaf pans or four small pans. Combine oil, eggs, water and pumpkin. Sift dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Bake large loaves 1 1/4 hours or until done. Bake small loaves 35 minutes or until done.
