4 med. peaches, peeled and sliced OR
1 (16 oz.) pkg. of frozen, thawed peaches
1/4 c. Amaretto
2 Amaretto cookies, coarsely crumbled
Fresh mint sprigs

Combine peaches and Amaretto in a large, shallow dish; cover and chill one hour, stirring occasionally. Spoon peach mixture into 4 individual dessert dishes. Sprinkle cookie crumbs over peaches. Garnish with mint sprigs. Yield: 4 servings (117 calories).
