PECAN APPLE PIE 
2 c. pecans, chopped
2 c. apples, sliced
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
2 (9 inch) pie pans, buttered

Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Combine dry ingredients. Add to egg mixture. Add pecans and apples alternately. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
