OATMEAL-APPLE MUFFINS 
1 1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. graham flour
1 tbsp. wheat germ
1 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 apple, pared and cut into sm. pieces
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oil

Mix dry ingredients and apple thoroughly. Beat egg, oil and milk and add to dry mixture. Stir just until flour is all mixed in. Pour into muffin cups; bake 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Yields 12-18.
