STUFFED CELERY 
1 (3-4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. finely chopped pistachio nuts
24 1-inch long pieces of celery

Blend cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice until smooth in a small bowl; stir in pistachio nuts. Fill hollows of each piece of celery; garnish with pistachio nuts, if you wish. Makes 2 dozen.
