STUFFED BAKED POTATOES 
Potatoes, cooked at 375 degrees for 1 hour.

1 bag shredded Cheddar cheese
Sm. container sour cream

Amounts vary according to amount of potatoes.

1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. milk

Let cooked potatoes cool 10 minutes. Cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out potatoes in bowl. Beat milk in until creamy. Add butter, sour cream and cheese - stir. Salt and pepper to taste.

Scoop back into potato halves. Sprinkle with parsley an garlic seasoning (optional). Sprinkle more cheese on top.

For even more good taste sprinkle with cooked crumbled bacon.
