Frosting:

1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 pkg. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter, softened
Chopped nuts, optional

Mix together until smooth. Frost cupcakes and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Cupcakes:

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
20 oz. can pineapple

Mix together by hand.

Bake in 350°F oven 35 minutes.
