SCALLOPED TOMATOES 
1 qt. tomatoes, canned
2 slices bread, toasted & cut into cubes
1 sweet pepper (opt.)
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. diced celery
1 tbsp. sugar
Salt & pepper to taste

Dot top with butter. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
