MUSHROOMS AND ONIONS 
1 stick butter
1 onion
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Mushrooms

Clean mushrooms by carefully peeling them with a sharp knife. Discard all brown parts. You are left with pure white meat. Start by sauteing 1 onion in a stick of butter. Add salt and pepper to the onions. Cook for a few minutes. Add mushrooms and slowly mix the onions through the mushrooms. Cook slowly until all the liquid has evaporated. Serve immediately.
