RITZY MEAT LOAF 
12 Ritz crackers
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1 rounded tsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 lb. ground beef
Topping (below)

Crush crackers to fine crumbs. Place in large mixing bowl. Add rest of ingredients except meat. Mix well; let stand a few minutes. Add meat and mix lightly but well. Shape into a loaf and place in pan. Mix topping, below, and spread on top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Let stand a few minutes before slicing.

TOPPING:

5 tbsp. brown sugar
1/3+ c. catsup
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tbsp. dry mustard

Combine and mix thoroughly and spread over meat loaf.
