SESAME BROCCOLI | |
1 bunch fresh broccoli 1 tbsp. salad oil 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. minced fresh ginger 1 tbsp. soy sauce 4 tsp. sugar 1 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted Steam broccoli in small amount of water until tender but still crunchy. Rinse and drain in cold water. Combine remaining ingredients (except sesame seeds) in saucepan. Heat to boiling. Pour over broccoli. Turn to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serves 4 to 6. |
