PORCUPINES 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. long-grain rice
1 (10 oz.) can water
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (10 oz.) can cream of tomato soup

Mix meat, onion, salt, pepper and rice together in a medium sized bowl. Shape into meatballs. Arrange evenly in square baking dish. Combine soup and water and pour over meatballs. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. 4 servings.
